I got my start at a local non-profit as a Social Media Manager, and now have almost a decade of experience working in partnership with a variety of biz owners and solopreneurs. Our Process

Discovery Call

The first step is a Discovery Call. During our 20-30 minute chat, we’ll get to know each other a bit! We’ll talk about your business, your current challenges with social media or marketing, what your goals are, and talk about our Agency, along with the services we offer.
After that, we will provide our recommendations for services that will make your social media or marketing challenges a thing of the past, and help you accomplish your goals. If we feel it’s a vibe, we’ll move forward with our next steps!
Next Steps

Once we’ve discussed the service that would be the best fit for your brand, we’ll get to work on drafting a personalized Proposal for you to review that includes all the details you need to know to move forward in making your decision.
Once the Proposal is signed and completed by you, it’s official — we’re in partnership, and we’re SO stoked to start working with you!
Note: Proposals will only apply to certain services, such as Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and Social Media Advertising. All other services will only require a signed agreement, along with an invoice.

The Questionnaire allows us to really get to know you and your brand in depth, so that we’re able to provide you with the best services and client experience possible.
